Job Description

This Expression of Interest is open to driven professionals across Australia who are looking to take the next step in their career as a Technical Sales Representative.

Our Technical Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in driving our market growth by delivering technical expertise and tailored solutions directly to our customers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks.
Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Provide on-the-ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.

Qualifications

We value hands-on experience and a strong learning mindset. Whether you are an established sales professional or a trade specialist looking to transition into a commercial role, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales OR hands-on trade/application experience (e.g., applicator, tradesperson, or technical specialist).
Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and drive business growth.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to operate autonomously in the field.
Background in construction, building materials, waterproofing, concrete, chemicals, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is highly regarded.
