Café Manager – Red Cacao StirlingLead One of Australia's Most Iconic Chocolate Destinations

Red Cacao Stirling is seeking an exceptional Café Manager to lead our flagship Adelaide Hills venue. Renowned for our handcrafted chocolate creations, premium café experience, and unwavering commitment to quality, we are a high-volume destination attracting loyal locals and visitors from across Australia.

About the Role

As Café Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading and inspiring a passionate team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable Red Cacao experience.

You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including:

Leadership, coaching and development of a high-performing team
Delivering exceptional customer experiences and service standards
Rostering, labour management and team performance
Financial performance, budgeting and cost control
Stock management and supplier coordination
Maintaining premium presentation and operational standards
Driving sales growth and business performance

About You

You are an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.

Ideally, you will possess:

Proven experience managing a busy café, restaurant or hospitality venue
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs
Exceptional communication and organisational abilities
A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to service excellence
A passion for food, hospitality and creating outstanding customer experiences
