About the Role
As Café Manager, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, leading and inspiring a passionate team, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable Red Cacao experience.
You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including:
- Leadership, coaching and development of a high-performing team
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences and service standards
- Rostering, labour management and team performance
- Financial performance, budgeting and cost control
- Stock management and supplier coordination
- Maintaining premium presentation and operational standards
- Driving sales growth and business performance
About You
You are an experienced hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.
Ideally, you will possess:
- Proven experience managing a busy café, restaurant or hospitality venue
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Exceptional communication and organisational abilities
- A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to service excellence
- A passion for food, hospitality and creating outstanding customer experiences
