We are looking for a visionary Educational Leader who is ready to shape an incredible team and create a world of wonder for our little learners.

Step into a high-end, architecturally inspired environment designed to spark curiosity. Our centre features stunning open-plan rooms bathed in natural light and premium natural play spaces. Operating from 7am to 6pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 108 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About the Role
As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment. You will work closely with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement across the service.

You’re an experienced Leader with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning

What You’ll Bring:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
A current Working with Children Check
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
Australian Working Rights
A professional and friendly personal presentation
Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
