About this opportunity

The Care Administrator support the Care Managers by coordinating client administration, assisting with new client development, and ensuring high-quality care through detailed oversight and quality assurance visits. Based in our Bondi Junction office this role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the Care Management pathway.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the Dovida brand by building trust and delivering client-centred support that helps clients live independently at home.
Provide general administrative support, ensuring client records, systems, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and well organised.
Assist with client enquiries, referrals, scheduling, and care coordination to support both new and existing clients.
Communicate regularly with Care Managers, Caregivers, families, and other stakeholders to support quality care and positive relationships.
Follow aged care standards, policies, and procedures while delivering friendly, high-quality customer service.

About you:

Be personable, motivated, reliable and passionate with a can-do attitude.
Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients and always deliver exceptional customer service.
Be able to learn technologies quickly to interpret and analyse data.
Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
Previous experience in the aged care industry would be desirable.
Desirable to have a qualification in a related field or equivalent combination of work experience in a similar role and/or industry experience.
