Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Dovida brand by building trust and delivering client-centred support that helps clients live independently at home.
- Provide general administrative support, ensuring client records, systems, and documentation are accurate, up to date, and well organised.
- Assist with client enquiries, referrals, scheduling, and care coordination to support both new and existing clients.
- Communicate regularly with Care Managers, Caregivers, families, and other stakeholders to support quality care and positive relationships.
- Follow aged care standards, policies, and procedures while delivering friendly, high-quality customer service.
About you:
- Be personable, motivated, reliable and passionate with a can-do attitude.
- Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients and always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Be able to learn technologies quickly to interpret and analyse data.
- Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
- Previous experience in the aged care industry would be desirable.
- Desirable to have a qualification in a related field or equivalent combination of work experience in a similar role and/or industry experience.
