We are seeking an experienced Field Manager to oversee field operations across the Sydney Metro South region. This is a field based role where you will lead technicians and contractors, ensuring safe, high quality delivery across the nbn network.

About the Role

As a Field Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of field-based operations across Sydney CBD, Eastern Suburbs and South West Sydney, ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Managing subcontractors and coordinating site activities across multiple locations
Monitoring project progress to ensure delivery meets time, cost, safety and quality expectations
Conducting quality and HSE audits across active worksites
Coaching and supporting field teams
Managing customer issues and working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve them
Reviewing network issues, redlines and contributing to continuous improvement

About You

Experience in a supervisory role within construction, civil or telecommunications
Strong knowledge of fibre and/or copper networks highly desired
Experience managing subcontractors and field based teams
Understanding of network build, activation or assurance activities
Strong problem solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
