A bit about your role
The Domain Owner – Field Control Tower & Prof Services Digital Excellence leads the design and continuous improvement of end-to-end field operations by translating strategic direction into practical, field-ready solutions that improve technician productivity, reduce inefficiencies and rework, and strengthen quality outcomes. You bring deep domain expertise and shape operating models, processes, and digital solutions across workflow digitisation, mobility, tooling, and AI, while maintaining a clear digital blueprint. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team and stakeholders, you define user journeys, requirements, and scalable designs that are fit-for-purpose and aligned to business priorities. You ensure solutions deliver sustained impact through strong adoption, effective implementation, and ongoing optimisation, using insights, performance data, and industry best practice to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, user experience, and end-to-end field performance.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of domain expertise, service and process design capability, and leadership experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and working across operational and technology environments. You apply human-centred design and structured problem-solving to deliver practical, scalable solutions, while setting clear standards and measurable outcomes. You’re confident engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels, using data and insights to guide decisions, track value, and drive continuous improvement, while building high-performing teams focused on delivering sustainable results.
