We’re seeking compassionate, qualified Advanced Care Workers to join our Community Aged Care teams across the Adelaide. You’ll be part of a dedicated, supportive group of professionals helping older South Australians live independently, safely, and with dignity in their own homes.

As an Advanced Care Worker, you’ll support customers to live confidently at home while promoting independence and wellbeing. You will:

Provide personal care, domestic support, meal preparation, medication administration, transport, and social engagement.

Deliver services in line with individual care plans, focusing on wellness, reablement, and dignity of choice.

Participate in ongoing training in Restorative Care, Reablement, Palliative and End-of-Life Care.

Mentor new staff through shadow visits and practical guidance, sharing knowledge and best practice.

Accurately complete documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across our Community Aged Care services.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or equivalent) – essential.

Willingness to undertake further upskilling in Restorative and Palliative Care, and support new staff.
