Job Description

Wickham Freight Lines has a brand-new purpose-built Terminal based in Derrimut VIC with an opening of mid June 2026. The business is expanding and we now have a new Cold storage facility, Workshop, Wash Bay and expanding our Transport Operations.

We are looking for a confident and reliable Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer service, manage front‑office operations, and support daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. This will be a full time role, working Monday to Friday between business hours of 8:00am – 4:00/4:30pm.

Job Description:

Front-of-house duties meeting and greeting visitors, staff support and answering phones
Assist with processing local trip sheets daily
Scanning and filing of paper work
Data entry and updating records relating to truck trip information
Preparing and dispatching daily mail bag
Ordering stationery, uniforms, and supplies (liaising with our head office in Warwick - QLD)

Ability to manage a multi-line phone system and direct calls efficiently
