SALES MANAGER, AUSTRALIA

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Your Role

As National Sales Manager – Australia , you will play a pivotal role in driving profitable growth across the region. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing key dealer relationships, supporting end-user engagement, and executing the national sales strategy across Food, Beverage, and Laundry segments. You will lead a team of Dealer Account Managers and collaborate closely with consultants, designers, and internal stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and market demands.

A Typical Day

Lead and support a team of Dealer Account Managers across Australia and New Zealand.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets.
Build strong relationships with dealers, consultants, and end users to promote Electrolux Professional solutions.
Provide guidance on product selection, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with marketing, customer care, and technical support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Represent Electrolux Professional at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the commercial food, beverage, or laundry industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing dealer networks.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of B2B sales cycles.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), Excel, and other business applications.
Willingness to travel across Australia as required.
