The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive leadership role is responsible for the growth, profitability and strategic direction of our national Rental division.
You'll lead a high-performing team across sales, operations and fleet management, driving revenue growth, improving utilisation, optimising fleet investment and strengthening our position as a market leader.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Commercial Growth: Drive rental revenue, market share and profitability through strategic customer growth and business development initiatives.
- Fleet Strategy: Optimise fleet utilisation, lifecycle planning, acquisition and disposal decisions to maximise return on investment.
- Operational Performance: Ensure exceptional customer outcomes, operational efficiency and consistent execution across the national network.
- Leadership: Lead, coach and develop a national leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, safety and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
You are a commercially minded senior leader with experience leading large-scale rental, equipment hire, fleet, materials handling, access equipment or capital equipment businesses.
