What Your Week Will Look Like

Delivering exceptional customer service as the primary contact for clients, visitors, senior leaders, and C-suite executives
Providing high-level administrative and hospitality support to executives, ensuring meetings and requests run seamlessly
Managing a busy, fast-paced reception environment with confidence, maturity, and calm under pressure
Building strong relationships through a warm, professional, and solutions-focused approach
Applying strong organisational skills prioritising tasks , solving problems proactively, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail
Supporting the broader team with a proactive, can-do attitude
