About the Role

Due to continued growth, Contract Resources is seeking a commercially minded and proactive professional to support contract management activities across the business. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in supporting commercial and contractual processes, helping to manage risk, maintain compliance, and support key stakeholder relationships.

Duties will include but not limited to

Support the management of contracts throughout their lifecycle, from tender submission and negotiation through to close-out, renewal, and extension.
Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of contractual documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company requirements.
Monitor contractual obligations and compliance requirements, identifying and escalating risks or issues as required.
Maintain contract records, registers, and databases, ensuring documentation is current, secure, and readily accessible.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support contractual obligations, compliance requirements, and project deliverables.
Provide commercial and contractual support to operational teams, including guidance on contract terms, governance, and compliance matters.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Finance, Legal, and HSEQ to support successful project outcomes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and process reviews to strengthen commercial and contract management practices.

Requirements & Experience Needed

Degree in Business, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline
Experience in the preparation, review, negotiation, and management of projects/tenders/contracts
Strong written communication and drafting skills, with the ability to prepare clear and accurate contractual documents
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the business
Knowledge of contractual frameworks and commercial risk principles
Background within the Oil & Gas industry, or a similar industry with transferable skills
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Intermediate/Advanced in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
