We are looking for an experienced fitter/installer to join our well established team building carports, pergolas and sunrooms in the capacity of a roof plumber.

About You
With increased demand for our products and services in the market we require more staff to join our team to build our structures.

You must have 5+ years experience building similar structures and are ready to hit the ground running. A background in carpentry is highly regarded. All works are to be finished to the company’s high standard and on time.

You must have a full drivers licence and own transportation.

You are confident using power tools and able to work at heights.

Having skills and experience in line with duties which are comparable to that of a carpenter will be a significant advantage.

You are hard working and able to work in a team as well as alone with a positive attitude.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced roof plumber, and builder for carports, pergolas and sunrooms. Visit our website hicraft.com.au to see the scope of our projects.

You would be building the structures in line with engineered plans. You would be setting piers, erecting posts, beams and trusses. Installing a variety of roof sheets (colorbond, polycarbonate, insulated panel) and flashings with gutters and downpipes. You will be experienced with reading architectural drawings and be competent in ordering stock with minimal wastage of materials. In the case of building sunrooms, you would also need to enclose the structure with a variety of materials including cladding or glass etc.

This is a full-time position with steady and consistent work.
