We are a busy, locally owned automotive workshop seeking a reliable and motivated Receptionist/Admin assistant to join our team on a full time basis.
Position Details
Full -Time position (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday
Friendly and supportive work environment
Full Training provided
Duties Include
Answering and directing phone calls
Booking customer appointments
Greeting customers
Creating and managing job cards
Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
General admin and office duties.

Reliable and punctual
Friendly and professional manner
Good communication skills
Well organised with attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous admin or customer experence is an advantage but not essential.
