Summary:

The Administration Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the operational efficiency of our organisation in Ipswich, Queensland. This full-time, permanent position involves a variety of administrative tasks that ensure smooth day-to-day operations, contributing to the overall success of the business. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
Coordinate meetings and manage calendars for team members.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Support the onboarding process for new employees.
Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
Assist with financial administration, including invoicing and expense tracking.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
