Tools4Life OT' is a vibrant domestic and international allied health clinic and we are looking to welcome an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Woolloongabba, QLD. As a full-time Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering holistic, client-centred care to our diverse range of patients. We have multiple positions in Brisbane (Woolloongabba) and Logan (Slacks Creek).
What you'll be doing
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalised treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their functional, communication and daily life goals.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-focused care
- Maintain detailed clinical records and reporting on patient progress
- Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our allied health services
- Deliver competent services in accordance with professional expectations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of paediatric occupational therapy - overseas applicants are welcome and will be sponsored depending on experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, client-centred care
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate therapy plans and services for clients.
- Ability to manage caseload and billables.
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team and various demographics

Pay: $80,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
