Step into a rewarding leadership opportunity at our Victoria Point OSHC service, located in the heart of Redland City’s vibrant bayside community.

This well-established service operates across Before School Care (BSC), After School Care (ASC), and Vacation Care (VAC), supporting up to 75 children across a dynamic and engaging program.

We are seeking a passionate and capable OSHC Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of the service, guiding a dedicated team of educators to deliver high-quality care and enriching experiences for children from prep through to primary school age.
This is a Full-Time position (38 hours) — ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment and is ready to shape a growing and diverse service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the overall operation of a 75-place OSHC service across BSC, ASC, and VAC programs
Inspire, support, and develop a team of educators to deliver high-quality, child-centred care
Design and implement creative, play-based programs that respond to children’s interests and seasonal opportunities
Build strong, trusted relationships with children, families, school leadership, and the wider community
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, policies, and quality standards, maintaining a strong focus on safety and wellbeing
Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the service

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training via Geckko.
Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
Child Protection training is required for this role.
Previous childcare service management experience.
Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
