About the role

Join our Community Wellbeing Branch and play a key role in supporting services that help Melbourne’s families and children thrive. This position sits within the Family & Children’s Services team and provides reception based duties including essential administrative and operational support across multiple service areas.

A little more about the role

Provide excellence in front of house, administrative and operational support, including but not limited to bookings and procurement.
Support the effective operation of our facilities, including maintenance, logistics, and resources
Deliver exceptional customer service and experience across our service sites with ability to resolve all community enquiries
Assist with projects, events, communications, and continuous improvement initiatives
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to support service delivery outcomes

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
