Full Job Description

Join a growing SA demolition and civil contractor where you’ll gain hands‑on project exposure, learn from experienced leaders, and build a long‑term career in project management.

We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Project Administrator to support our Commercial Team in planning, coordinating and delivering projects safely, efficiently and on time.

This role is perfect for someone who is organised, proactive and eager to grow their skills in project delivery, estimating support, scheduling and commercial administration.

About the Role

Assist with preparing tender documentation, pricing, schedules, scope of work and project packs
Support supervisors and PMs by ensuring they understand project scope, inclusions and client requirements
Coordinate site meetings, safety meetings and project briefings
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
Help manage project risks, opportunities and variations
Review and submit invoices, progress claims and project documentation
Maintain accurate project records, schedules and reporting
Provide general project administration to keep delivery running smoothly

What You Will Bring

Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or similar
Experience in a Project Admin / Site Admin role
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Confidence reading plans or willingness to learn
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Interest in commercial, operational and project delivery pathways
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic financial understanding (costs, budgets, variations)
