Exercise Physiologist

About the role

This is a full-time position built for an energetic new graduate who wants a strong clinical foundation from day one. You’ll work one-on-one with clients managing musculoskeletal pain and chronic health conditions — and you’ll lead a range of group classes, including osteoporosis classes, strength circuit classes, and instructor-led mat sessions.

You’ll be mentored by an experienced Exercise Physiologist and receive additional clinical training and guidance from our senior physiotherapist. So whether you have a question about a complex case or want feedback on your programming, someone great is always in your corner.

Your duties will include

Delivering 1:1 exercise physiology consultations for musculoskeletal and chronic health conditions
Leading osteoporosis classes, strength circuit classes, and instructor-led mat sessions
Designing and progressing personalised exercise programs for each client
Tracking patient outcomes and documenting progress
Collaborating daily with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and fellow EPs to deliver integrated care

What you’ll get

Starting salary
$75,000 – $90,000 p.a.
