Hourly Rate FROM: $41.08 + Super + Travel Allowance + Up to $18,550 Salary Packaging

Are you an experienced Domestic Assistant, looking for a rewarding role where you can really make a difference by delivering household support, building relationships & improving quality of life?

The opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Domestic Worker to join our team and support clients in their homes and communities across Adelaide’s Inner Northern suburbs.

This highly rewarding role helps improve the wellbeing of a diverse range of clients, including aged care, people living independently, and under 65’s. You will support them with everyday tasks and encourage independence.

Casual Role - scheduled between 8:00am and 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities

General housekeeping (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, bed-making)
Light shopping, errands, and prepping basic meals
Encourage clients to stay active and involved in their own care
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Build relationships with clients & their families
Keeping accurate notes and documentation
Be the ‘eyes and ears’ for the organisation and report any changes or concerns
Provide a client focused service that improves their quality of life

About you

You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:

A warm, respectful, and encouraging attitude
Strong time management and the ability to work independently
Housekeeping skills and a love for keeping things clean and organised
A genuine passion for helping others live their best lives
Ability to work a minimum of three days per week
A current valid Australian Driver’s Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
