Assist with managing the daily operations of Buderim Meadows, while providing leadership and support to the team as an Assistant Village Manager at Keyton.

An exciting opportunity is now available for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Village Manager to join our friendly team at Buderim Meadows on a fixed-term contract through to June 2027.
Buderim Meadows offers a peaceful retreat with a strong sense of community, perfectly blending tranquil bushland views with easy access to everything you need.
Just a short distance to Buderim’s town centre and Maroochydore’s Sunshine Plaza, residents enjoy both convenience and seclusion.

The successful candidate will focus on supporting operational functions of the village and managing day-to-day activities and competing priorities, ensuring the village is properly maintained for the enjoyment of the residents.

Reporting to the Village Manager, your key accountabilities will include:

Supporting the day-to-day operations at the village
Assisting with the implementation of operational plans & projects
Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to the village
Implementing company policies, strategies and plans to maintain residents’ satisfaction
Assisting with running of village events, social calendar and activities
Contributing to effective resident management to foster strong relationships and support delivery of village maintenance
Assisting with the preparation of budgets, financial processing and procurement
Supporting the provision of a safe working environment for all staff, contractors, visitors and residents.

About You

Having demonstrated experience working in a customer service role
An ability to balance different priorities and manage day-to-day expectations for the residents and their families
Someone that wants to work with a dynamic and friendly team
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example
Eagerness to be hands-on in a customer facing role
Excellent computer literacy including the Microsoft Office Suite
A First Aid & CPR Certificate, or be willing to obtain
Willingness to learn and professionally develop, along with a proactive and can-do attitude.
