Job Description
We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to provide day-to-day operational support to our team in Nambour.
Working closely with the Branch Manager and wider team, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to our customers — the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia. A bit about your role
As Assistant Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the branch while helping to create a positive and high-performing team environment. You’ll:

Ensure customers receive friendly, efficient and professional service

Build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders

Provide guidance, coaching and support to help foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture

Support compliance with company procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture
-
Work closely with the Branch Manager and team to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Contribute to branch performance through a hands-on and team-focused approach
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who brings initiative, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for customer service and team success. Ideally, you’ll have:

Experience in a customer-facing role, with an interest in sales and operational excellence

A proactive approach and a strong desire to learn and develop your career
-
Experience leading, mentoring or supporting others is desirable
-
Experience in electrical wholesaling, trades, or the building and construction industry will be highly regarded
