About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and innovative pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Quality and Informatics team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated pharmacist to work in a variety of areas to assist with quality improvement initiatives, advancing medication safety practices, and optimising digital medication management systems across Western Health.

Key responsibilities:

Support pharmacy quality improvement and medication safety programs.
Partner with clinical, operational and digital health teams to optimise electronic medication management systems and pharmacy technologies.
Develop policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that support safe and effective medication management.
Analyse complex data and translate insights into practical improvements that enhance patient care and operational performance.
