Description:
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of the marketing function for Mercedes‑Benz Brighton and Mornington, including:

Developing and executing strategic marketing plans that elevate brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support dealership growth — always aligned with Mercedes‑Benz global brand standards
Leading digital marketing performance, including social media strategy, eDM and SMS campaigns, website content, paid advertising, and digital optimisation
Overseeing the creation of premium marketing collateral, ensuring all materials reflect the luxury positioning of the Mercedes‑Benz brand
Managing key stakeholder relationships, including senior leadership, partner agencies, suppliers, brand sponsors, and ambassadors
Supporting and guiding event execution, including new model launches, premium customer events, and brand activations
Analysing marketing performance, preparing reports, and presenting insights to optimise ROI and inform strategic decisions
Strengthening media and advertising partnerships to maximise exposure for Mercedes‑Benz Brighton, Mornington, and the broader group
Providing leadership and direction to junior marketing support where required, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives

Skills and Experiences:
About You

You are a confident, proactive marketing professional ready to step into a leadership role. You bring:
Experience in a marketing role, ideally with exposure to premium or retail brands (automotive experience is a bonus, not essential)
A marketing degree or relevant business qualification
Strong digital capability across CMS platforms, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and eDM/SMS tools
Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) — highly advantageous
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and strong proofreading ability
An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing and digital performance data
A polished, professional presence and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑expectation environment
A self‑motivated, career‑driven approach with a passion for brand excellence
Current VIC Drivers Licence
