Role Description

We’re seeking expressions of interest from Project Directors to oversee the end-to-end delivery of new build, refurbishment and redevelopment projects across the social infrastructure sectors. You will be responsible for managing the end to end delivery of complex, stakeholder-rich projects, ranging in value from $500Mil to $1Bil.

You will be responsible for:

Overseeing scoping of works.
Managing the design, tender and procurement process.
Engaging with contractors and consultants.
Managing construction/delivery phases.
Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.

Candidate Profile

To be successful, you’ll need demonstrated experience as a Project Director delivering end-to-end projects within a consulting environment.

You’ll also need:

The ability to understand ‘the big picture’ of where these projects fit into the social infrastructure space, or how these developments impact the strategic objectives of government organisations.
Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
Qualifications in Project Management, Development Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
