We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Account Manager to sell a full portfolio of in-person, digital, and content sponsorship solutions. This role is focused on developing long-term, high-value sponsor relationships, driving revenue growth and retention, and delivering exceptional sponsor and client experiences across events and campaigns.

You’ll play a key role in managing sponsor accounts, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, delivering accurate forecasting and sales proposals, and collaborating closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to create impactful sponsorship experiences throughout the sales journey and beyond.

What you'll be doing

Sponsorship Sales & Account Management

Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas across a portfolio of sponsor accounts and providing seamless end-to-end delivery across events
Deliver accurate sales forecasting and maintain daily CRM updates
Build strong relationships with sponsors to understand their business goals and sponsorship needs
Support sponsor G2M strategies through event and experiential opportunities
Manage client and sponsor communications, sharing sales materials, prospectus information, opportunities, and benefits
Work closely with colleagues to create additional custom and commercially valuable sponsorship experiences
Become a trusted “voice of the sponsor,” helping event and client teams adopt a sponsor-first mindset that improves attendee experiences
Lead and support project teams, providing day-to-day guidance where appropriate

What you will bring

Significant experience in Sponsorship Sales as an Account Manager within a similar size events agency environment
Proven experience managing forecasting, sales tracking, and opportunity pipelines
Strong experience developing sponsorship packages and commercial opportunities
Confidence managing multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously
Strong financial and business knowledge with experience in contract management
Advanced Excel skills and strong general ICT capability
Experience generating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
Strong written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong customer service mindset and client-focused approach
A proactive, motivated, and collaborative approach with a can-do mindset
Ability to work effectively under pressure and across multiple time zones

Quiet home working environment with flexibility to attend the office when required for collaboration or client needs

Willingness to travel internationally when required

OTE: $120k - $150k

Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
