About The Role
Join A&G's C&A Design and Delivery team as a Process Analyst in this 12-months maternity cover opportunity with genuine potential to transition into a permanent role or alternative internal position for the right candidate. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a high-performing team while building valuable skills in process analysis, improvement, and change delivery.
As a Process Analyst, you'll play a vital role in mapping business processes and customer journeys across motor, home, and other claims operations. You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels to gather insights, create clear process documentation, and identify opportunities for improvement that drive real business outcomes.
What you'll do:

Map and document processes: Create accurate business process maps using BPMN standards that bring clarity to complex claims operations

Drive improvement: Analyse existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend solutions that solve real business problems

Support change delivery: Work embedded in change delivery teams to ensure improvements are successfully implemented and adopted

Engage stakeholders: Facilitate workshops, gather information, and build relationships across the organisation to understand how work really gets done

Conduct impact analysis: Assess how changes affect other teams, processes, and systems to ensure smooth transitions

Deliver insights: Use data analysis to uncover improvement opportunities aligned with organisational strategy
What experience you’ll bring
Essential:
-
Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and modelling (BPMN) - you've created As-Is/To-Be process maps and understand process mapping conventions

Strong stakeholder engagement skills - you're comfortable talking to people at all levels, facilitating workshops, and managing upwards with confidence

Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Data analysis capability - you can interpret data, identify patterns, and draw insights that inform recommendations

Team-focused attitude - you work well collaboratively and can also work autonomously when needed

Professional, "can do" attitude with genuine passion for solving business problems
Highly desirable:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, IT, or similar) or equivalent industry experience

Understanding of the general insurance industry (claims operations, contact centre, or similar)

Formal business analysis qualification (IIBA, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent)

Experience working in change delivery teams or transformation programs
