Redcape Hospitality is looking Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team at Durack Tavern.

This role suits someone who enjoys being around people, staying busy on shift and helping create a great pub experience for locals.

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll help keep service moving across the bar and bistro, from taking orders and serving customers to keeping the venue clean, safe and welcoming.

You’ll be part of a team that works together during busy trade and takes pride in giving customers a friendly, easy experience.

What you'll be doing

Serving food and drinks across bar and bistro areas
Welcoming customers and helping with general enquiries
Keeping service areas clean, stocked and well presented
Supporting the team during lunch, dinner and peak trade
Following RSA, safety and venue procedures

What we're looking for

A friendly, reliable attitude
Confidence working with customers
Hospitality experience is helpful, but not essential
Current RSA
Availability across nights, weekends and public holidays
Someone who stays calm when service gets busy
