Service Delivery Administrator (NDIS)

This is more than an administration role. You'll be an important part of the team behind the scenes, helping our Service Delivery team operate smoothly and ensuring participants, families, support workers and stakeholders receive a professional and positive experience.

About the Role

As our Service Delivery Administrator, you'll provide high-quality administration, reception and operational support to our Service Delivery team.

You'll work closely with participants, families, support workers and internal teams, helping ensure our services are organised, responsive and compliant.

You'll be someone who takes pride in getting the details right, communicates confidently with a wide range of people and can stay calm and organised when priorities change.

What You'll Be Doing

Administration & Reception

Provide a welcoming, professional first point of contact for participants, families, visitors and stakeholders
Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries
Coordinate day-to-day office administration and reception activities
Maintain accurate records, documentation and filing systems
Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately
Assist with general office coordination and housekeeping
Provide administrative support across the organisation, including corporate support when required

Service Delivery Support

Attend daily Service Delivery meetings and provide administrative support
Assist the team with documentation, compliance and record-keeping requirements
Support the coordination and administration of service delivery activities
Assist with maintaining accurate participant and operational information
Participate in a rotating roster for on-call support
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and compliant workplace
Work in accordance with NDIS requirements, safeguarding principles and organisational policies

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, dependable and people-focused.

You don't need to know everything on day one. What's important is that you're proactive, willing to learn and take pride in providing high-quality support.

Essential

At least 2 years' experience in administration, reception, office support or a similar role
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
Confidence working independently while contributing positively to a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Positive, adaptable and professional approach

Desirable

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

Disability or community services
Health or allied health
NDIS-funded services
Client management or rostering systems, including FlowLogic or similar platforms
NDIS compliance, safeguarding and participant support
Supporting services involving participants with complex care needs

Compliance Requirements

To work with abbaCare, you will be required to hold or obtain:

Current Queensland Driver Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
