As Brand Manager - Tim Tam, you'll help shape the future of an iconic brand as it continues its evolution into a global premium indulgence brand.

This is a rare opportunity to work on a brand with scale, cultural relevance and growth momentum across ANZ, the UK and US. Reporting to the Global Brand Lead, you'll play a central role in driving Tim Tam's performance locally while contributing to the brand's international growth agenda.

Operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy, you'll lead strategic, commercial and innovation initiatives that shape how Tim Tam grows across consumers, occasions and markets. You'll be expected to identify growth opportunities, challenge thinking, develop recommendations and drive initiatives that deliver both commercial outcomes and long-term brand growth.

Working from the home market of the brand, you'll contribute directly to the thinking, planning and decisions that shape future brand, innovation and growth strategies. This is a role for someone who wants to help define the agenda, not only execute it.

Tim Tam is one of The Arnott's Group's largest brands, making this a highly visible role with regular exposure to senior stakeholders. You'll play an active role in influencing key decisions across brand, innovation and commercial priorities.

Working across the full marketing mix, you'll lead projects spanning communications, innovation, partnerships, consumer promotions and customer activations, partnering closely with Sales, Category, R&D, Social, PR and International teams.

This is an opportunity to create products consumers see on shelf, build campaigns that shape culture and play a meaningful role in the continued growth of one of Australia's most iconic brands.

About You
You're an experienced Brand Manager with a track record of delivering commercial and brand outcomes.

You combine strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and are comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from concept through to execution. You're commercially minded, confident influencing stakeholders and able to translate ideas into results.

You'll Bring
Proven Brand Management experience
Highly desirable: Experience within FMCG or another fast-paced, consumer-led business
Demonstrated success delivering innovation, brand growth or go-to-market initiatives
Strong commercial and strategic thinking capability
Experience translating consumer, category and market insights into actionable recommendations
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment

What Your Days Look Like
Developing and executing annual brand plans aligned to commercial and brand objectives
Leading innovation projects from insight and concept development through to launch
Identifying opportunities to grow penetration, relevance and performance
Delivering integrated campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
Leading consumer promotions, partnerships and activation programs
Partnering with Sales and Category teams to maximise commercial outcomes
Supporting major customer launches and strategic initiatives
Monitoring brand, category and competitor performance to identify opportunities
Managing budgets, timelines and agency relationships
Contributing to ANZ, UK and US growth initiatives

The Ingredients for Success
Degree qualified in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
Strong brand management foundations and commercial awareness
Experience managing multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
Ability to connect consumer, category and commercial insights to business outcomes
Confidence influencing stakeholders and building cross-functional alignment
Strong project management and organisational skills
A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
Passion for consumer brands and innovation
