What you’ll do:

Be the trusted face of IT support by delivering exceptional first-line and second-line technology support to WaterNSW employees across the business.
Keep our people connected and productive by managing and supporting end-user technologies, including laptops, mobile devices, printers and workplace technology solutions.
Solve technical challenges with confidence, responding to incidents, requests and enquiries within service level commitments while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Maintain accurate and detailed service records, ensuring incidents and requests are properly documented, tracked and resolved.
Drive continuous improvement, contributing ideas that enhance processes, strengthen knowledge sharing and improve the overall technology experience.

What we are looking for:

Relevant qualifications in Information Technology (or equivalent experience)
Experience in a Service Desk or Help Desk environment, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and consistently meet service commitments.
Strong technical knowledge across desktop hardware, operating systems, peripherals and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management platforms to manage incidents, requests and service delivery outcomes.
A confident communicator who can build relationships across the organisation and explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
