About the role

We are seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) activities across Tennis Australia, working closely with the wider Finance team and stakeholders across the business.

You will play a key role in delivering financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. By providing meaningful analysis, reporting and forecasting, you will help drive organisational performance while identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance business outcomes.

In this role you will:

Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting and performance analysis, delivering insights and commentary to support business decision-making and organisational performance.

Support the preparation, consolidation and review of Tennis Australia's annual budget and forecasting processes.

Partner with stakeholders and Finance Business Partners across key business areas to deliver financial analysis, reporting and commercial support.

Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance organisational outcomes.

Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and systems, while supporting external reporting requirements, audits and ad hoc analysis.

About you

To be successful in this role you will have:

Proven experience within a complex organisation, professional services environment, or similar.

Strong financial analysis, modelling and advanced Excel skills, with experience working across financial systems and reporting platforms.

Demonstrated ability to identify, implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Appropriate qualifications including a bachelor's degree, with CA or CPA accreditation (or currently working towards completion).

Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of an organisation.

Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
