We have an exciting opportunity for a Resourcing Expert to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth! In this role, you will effectively deliver end-to-end recruitment across construction, engineering, operations, project management and corporate functions.

Perth Women and Babies Hospital

WeBuild is delivering the design and construction of the Women and Babies Hospital in Perth, Western Australia. This landmark project will replace the century-old King Edward Memorial Hospital and expand services and choice for women, newborns and families, delivering lasting benefits and a positive legacy for the people of Western Australia.

Your focus will include:

Deliver end-to-end recruitment across construction, engineering, operations, project management and corporate functions.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, provide market insights and support workforce planning.
Source, screen and interview candidates using best-practice recruitment methodologies.
Manage advertising campaigns and build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, SEEK, referrals and external partners.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from attraction through to onboarding.
Maintain recruitment activities, position descriptions, and onboarding processes through SAP SuccessFactors.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the business at industry and networking events.

What you will bring to the team:

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within construction, engineering, infrastructure, resources or a project-based environment.
Proven capability managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, operational and professional roles.
Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other attraction channels.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and influence recruitment outcomes.
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Experience building talent pipelines and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors.
