Contracts Administrator

Location: Bentley, WA
Work Type: Full Time | Permanent

Help Power Major Energy Projects Across WA
As a Contracts Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting Horizon Power's contracts portfolio across major energy, infrastructure and microgrid projects. You'll work across contract administration, and governance activities while also supporting the coordination of High Wide Load operations.

This isn't a typical contracts administration role. You'll collaborate with contractors and operational stakeholders, balancing commercial and contract administration activities that directly contribute to delivering WA's energy future.

What You’ll Do:

Support contract administration across operational, project and corporate services contracts.
Coordinate services orders, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, reporting and contract records.
Assist with RFQs, contract variations, procurement activities and governance requirements.
Support High Wide Load activities, coordinating stakeholders and administrative requirements to facilitate critical project deliveries.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors and external vendors.
Contribute to process improvements, templates and systems that improve team efficiency.

What You’ll Bring:

Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Contracts Officer, Project Administrator or similar role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
Knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes and governance frameworks.
Confidence managing stakeholders and driving outcomes in a high-volume environment.
High attention to detail and the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision.
Experience within utilities, energy, infrastructure, engineering or construction environments will be highly regarded.
