Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present dishes of exceptional quality in line with menu specifications and standard recipes.
Manage kitchen sections across à la carte and functions
Maintain strict food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management
Supervise, mentor and grow junior kitchen staff in pursuit of excellence
Ensure service periods are seamless during high-volume periods
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and operational standards
Creative input into menu development

As a Wenty Leagues Chef you will have:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a high volume, fast-paced kitchen
A passion for quality food, quality ingredients and learning
Certificate III (or higher) in Commercial Cookery
A strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and WHS compliance
Demonstrated experience in both restaurant and function kitchen environments
Strong leadership skills with a focus on teamwork
A keen eye for food presentation and attention to detail
Excellent time management and communication skills
A positive, professional, and results-driven attitude
