About the role

Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with an interest in renal care. Join Barwon Health’s Haemodialysis team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease.

This role will be rotating across Barwon Health’s haemodialysis services. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support clinical excellence and best practice dialysis care.

Key responsibilities

Provide safe, evidence-based haemodialysis care to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
Assess, monitor and evaluate patient care while responding to changing clinical needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
Contribute to quality improvement, clinical education and a positive team culture

What we're looking for

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and demonstrated acute clinical experience
Excellent assessment, communication and organisational skills with a patient-centred approach
Ability to work on call.
Ability to work a range of shifts.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Renal qualification and/or haemodialysis experience is desirable
