About the role
Are you a passionate Registered Nurse with an interest in renal care. Join Barwon Health’s Haemodialysis team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease.
This role will be rotating across Barwon Health’s haemodialysis services. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support clinical excellence and best practice dialysis care.
Key responsibilities
- Provide safe, evidence-based haemodialysis care to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease
- Assess, monitor and evaluate patient care while responding to changing clinical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Contribute to quality improvement, clinical education and a positive team culture
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and demonstrated acute clinical experience
- Excellent assessment, communication and organisational skills with a patient-centred approach
- Ability to work on call.
- Ability to work a range of shifts.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Renal qualification and/or haemodialysis experience is desirable
