Our unique range of services include; Communities for Children, Family Health & Wellbeing, Childhood Development, Education & Support, Early Intervention Therapy Services, NDIS Support Coordination and Plan Management, Homelessness Support, Counselling Services, assistance to support victims of trauma, assault and violent crimes and Recovery Support Services.
We are recruiting an OSHC Coordinator / Area Manager, to cover our valued team member during their parental leave This is a Part-Time role (34 hours per week) contracted until 10 September 2027.
Who are we are looking for?
We are seeking a committed and motivated early childhood professional to join our Out of Hours Care (OSHC) program to lead and support our services in the South East/Gippsland. You will work flexibly between our office in Pakenham, onsite at schools and from home as agreed. Furthermore, you will:
- Lead compliance practices throughout the services
- Ensure staff are feeling supported through the management of rosters and mentoring
- Maintain relationships with school communities and families
This is a fixed term, part time role at $36.37 per hour plus broken shift allowance + Super + Salary Packaging*

Key Selection Criteria
ACECQA approved qualification (Minimum Diploma of Early Childhood and above) for Educators working with over preschool aged children;
