The Role:

A fast-growing Australian brand is looking for a creative and commercially minded Social Media Manager to lead and evolve its organic social presence across global channels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social content, understands culture and trends, and knows how to build highly engaged online communities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and execute the organic social strategy across key platforms
Build and manage content calendars aligned to campaigns, launches, and cultural moments
Create engaging, platform-native content with a strong understanding of social-first storytelling
Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Work cross-functionally with brand, content, influencer, PR, and performance teams
Help shape community engagement and brand voice across social channels

What you will bring?

Proven experience managing organic social for a consumer-facing brand
Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement, and platform growth
Hands-on content creator with strong mobile shooting/editing capabilities
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Strong commercial awareness paired with creative instincts
Ability to move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for social trends, culture, and building online communities
