As we grow our brand presence and client community, we are seeking a talented Content Creator (Marketing) to join our team and drive our digital marketing strategy across social media and online platforms.
About the Role
This is a skilled marketing role (ANZSCO 225114) responsible for creating, publishing and managing digital marketing content designed to grow audiences, build brand awareness, increase engagement and support business development objectives.
You will plan, produce and manage content across our company channels and website, analyse campaign performance and contribute to broader marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
· Planning and executing social media, digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
· Creating, scheduling and publishing marketing content across social media platforms, websites and other digital channels to support audience growth and brand awareness.
· Managing content calendars across social media, website and email marketing channels.
· Advising on marketing strategy including brand positioning, advertising and audience targeting.
· Coordinating production of marketing materials including copywriting, graphic design, photography, video content and creative campaigns.
· Managing relationships with influencers, media partners and external content contributors to support marketing initiatives.
· Developing and managing email marketing campaigns and automated customer communication flows.
· Conducting brand reviews, content audits and market research to identify opportunities for improved audience engagement and content performance.
· Monitoring performance of marketing initiatives, analysing data from digital marketing campaigns and online platforms, and providing reporting, insights and recommendations.
· Recommending SEO improvements and updates to digital content to improve website visibility, audience reach and search performance.
· Ensuring all content complies with Australian consumer law and advertising standards.
· Organising event marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives and product launches.
About You
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management and digital marketing.
- Experience creating, publishing and managing content across multiple digital and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
- Experience with content management systems, scheduling tools
- Experience with email marketing platforms including Klaviyo and/or Flodesk.
- Experience developing and managing email marketing campaigns and automated marketing flows.
- Competency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or equivalent design and video production tools.
- Experience coordinating creative content production including photography and video projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from digital marketing data and campaign performance metrics.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
