Award: Health Manager Level 3

About the Opportunity
As a Senior Policy and Project Officer within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will support for key committees including the SDPRIA Advisory Board and Board sub-Committees and the provision of high-quality accurate advice to the SDPRIA Senior Executive to support the achievement of the objectives of the Single Digital Patient Record.

In this role, you will:

Lead high-quality briefings and advice for senior executives.
Provide end-to-end secretariat support for the Advisory Board and its sub-Committees, including agenda setting, papers management, records of decision and follow up of actions to ensure effective decision making
Support program development, review and evaluation by facilitating information flow and ensuring robust documentation and reporting.
Engage stakeholders and apply research to support evidence-based decisions.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Significant experience providing high-level secretariat support in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of policies and legislation impacting on whole of health issues
Demonstrated skills and experience supporting all stages of the policy cycle, with a particular focus on preparing high-quality briefings, coordinating consultations, tracking actions and ensuring effective implementation through governance frameworks.
