The Team
Our Transaction Advisory Group in Australia comprise of former Big 4 professionals delivering top-tier financial due diligence for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients.
We specialise in buy-side and sell-side engagements, focusing on quality of earnings, cash flow analysis, working capital reviews, and key business drivers.

How You Will Contribute
Your key responsibilities as a Manager or Associate Director will include –
Leading financial due diligence (FDD) projects to assess risks, deal breakers and business strengths. Aligning findings with client investment strategies and industry benchmarks.
Analysing financial statements to generate insights and engage with target management.
Preparing deal-focused reports and presentations, highlighting financial findings and their impact on valuation and agreements.
Managing client relationships, meetings, and execution matters.
Collaborating with Managing Directors/ Senior Directors to address engagement and transaction risks with creative solutions.
Supporting business development and managing engagement logistics, including billing, scope changes, and engagement letters.
Qualifications
To be successful in these roles, you will bring the following -
Proven experience in a FDD role, along with a background in a Big 4 environment.
CA qualification.
The ability to effectively lead junior staff and be someone they want to go to for advice and guidance.
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, with experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) also preferred.
Willingness to travel within Australia (where practical and possible)
A driven to succeed, take initiative and have positive interpersonal and communication skills that fit into our culture.
