We’re now looking for a Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of stores across Northern New South Wales and drive performance, people capability, and exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Retail, you’ll lead a group of Kathmandu stores across Northern NSW, driving commercial outcomes, building high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all locations.
This is a highly influential role where you’ll partner closely with store leaders to lift capability, deliver sales growth, and bring the Kathmandu brand to life for our customers—every day.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Driving sales performance and profitability across your region
- Building a strong selling culture and coaching store teams to exceed targets
- Leading, developing and inspiring Store Managers and their teams
- Ensuring best-in-class customer experience across all stores
- Delivering consistent visual merchandising and brand standards
- Embedding operational excellence, compliance and safety
- Leading change and continuous improvement initiatives across your region
- Using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance
About You
- Proven experience in multi-site retail leadership
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
- Passionate about people leadership, coaching and capability building
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Highly resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- A genuine connection to the outdoors and our brand purpose is highly regarded
