What’s the role?
You’ll lead a team of Mobile Home Finance Managers across your area, driving lending growth and supporting them to deliver outcomes for customers.
This is a hands-on leadership role in a competitive lending environment. You’ll set direction, support day-to-day performance, and build referral networks to grow your lending pipeline.
Your focus will be on:
- Leading a team of lenders to deliver personalised lending solutions
- Driving lending performance and business development activity across your region
- Building and maintaining referral partnerships to generate new business
- Coaching lenders to improve capability, consistency, and results
- Setting a clear standard for customer experience and team performance
You’ll work across the business to identify new opportunities and maintain a consistent approach to service and growth.
What do I need?
You’ll bring leadership experience in lending and be comfortable leading in a performance focused environment.
- Experience leading lenders or sales teams in home lending or banking
- Strong understanding of residential lending and customer needs
- Proven ability to build and grow lending pipelines through networks and referrals
- Ability to coach and develop individuals to lift performance
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and delivering outcomes
You’ll also be confident building relationships, identifying opportunities in your market, and supporting your team to perform.
