We're seeking a motivated and experienced Estimator to join our team, specialising in aluminium windows, doors. This is a key role for someone who’s not only accurate with numbers, but also confident in client communication and committed to driving projects from quote to approval.

We are a trusted supplier and installer of high-end aluminium solutions for residential, commercial, and architectural projects. Our reputation is built on quality, attention to detail, and long-standing relationships with builders, architects, and homeowners. As we grow, we're looking for the right people to grow with us.

Your Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:

Preparing detailed and accurate quotes based on architectural drawings and specifications.
Interpreting plans and identifying scope, materials, and timelines.
Liaising with clients, builders, and architects to clarify project requirements and offer support throughout the quoting process.
Following up on quotes, answering client queries, and helping secure go-aheads for new projects.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover from estimating to production and installation.
Maintaining organised quote pipelines, timelines, and client communication records.

What We’re Looking For

You’re not just an estimator — you’re a confident communicator, a problem solver, and someone who takes initiative. You take pride in getting the numbers right and in building strong, lasting client relationships.

We’re looking for someone with:

Previous estimating experience, ideally within aluminium systems.
The ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and organisation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive mindset — you’re driven, follow up without being prompted, and help move quotes toward approval.
Confidence speaking with clients, answering questions, and representing the business professionally.
Competence with estimating software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
