About the role
We are looking for a Fashion Editor to join the teams behind ELLE and marie claire; two globally recognised brands shaping the conversation around fashion, culture and contemporary storytelling!
This is a hybrid editorial role with a digital-first mindset, responsible for delivering high-impact fashion content across digital platforms while also executing premium fashion direction for print.
On occasion, you may be asked to style shoots or compile pages for Gourmet Traveller and Beauty Crew, as well as style celebrity guests for Marie Claire and ELLE events.
This role demands a strong editorial eye, advanced styling capability, and a deep understanding of how fashion translates across digital, print, social and commercial environments.
You will be instrumental in ensuring our fashion output is visually exceptional, culturally relevant, commercially effective, and optimised for audience growth and engagement.
What you'll do
Own and execute digital fashion content across ELLE and marie claire platforms
Curate, package and publish content via WordPress CMS, ensuring best-in-class formatting, SEO and performance optimisation
Translate print fashion into engaging digital formats that drive traffic, engagement and conversion across respective websites and social platforms.
Collarorate with editorial, social, video and e-commerce teams to deliver integrated, cross-platform storytelling
Monitor trends, audience data and cultural moments to inform real-time content strategy
Represent ELLE and marie claire at key industry events, acting as a visible brand ambassador across fashion, cultural and commercial moments
Ensure advertiser integration across both titles, delivering considered, brand-aligned visibility within fashion content
Front fashion content for social, appearing in pieces-to-camera (Reels) to drive engaging, social-first storytelling and audience growth
On occasion, style digital covers and/or beauty shoots for Beauty Crew
What you'll bring
Experience in a fashion editorial or styling role, ideally across both digital and print
Digital-first mindset with experience working within CMS platforms (WordPress is essential)
- Ability to execute high-quality fashion shoots from concept through to delivery
