Employment Type: Part-Time (2–3 Days Per Week) with potential to transition to Full-Time
Salary: $130K – $160K (Pro-Rata) depending on experience

As our client base continues to grow, we are looking for a senior consultant who can engage directly with clients, lead solution delivery, and help shape the next stage of our growth.
About the Role
This is a senior client-facing consulting role suited to someone who enjoys working directly with stakeholders, solving business problems, and leading the delivery of innovative Microsoft-based solutions.
You will be responsible for running workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, designing solutions, leading project delivery, mentoring junior team members, and remaining hands-on when required.
You will work across multiple client engagements and play a key role in helping clients modernise their reporting, analytics, automation, and business processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & Consulting
- Facilitate discovery workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and business stakeholders.
- Present recommendations, roadmaps, and solution options.
Solution Design & Delivery
- Design scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Prepare solution architecture and technical design documentation.
- Estimate effort, prepare delivery plans, and manage project outcomes.
- Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple client engagements.
Data & Analytics
- Design and implement Power BI reporting solutions.
- Develop semantic models and data marts.
- Design and deliver Microsoft Fabric solutions.
- Support data migration, integration, and analytics initiatives.
Power Platform & Automation
- Design and develop Power Apps solutions.
- Develop Power Automate workflows and business process automation.
- Implement Dataverse and SharePoint-based solutions where appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation.
Leadership & Mentoring
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and developers.
- Allocate work across project resources and monitor delivery progress.
- Review solution approaches and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within Technology Cue.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 8+ years' experience delivering Microsoft Data, Analytics, or Power Platform solutions.
- Strong experience leading workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating them into practical business solutions.
- Strong Power BI development and data modelling experience.
- Strong Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions and solution architectures.
- Strong SQL and data integration experience.
- Experience managing or leading project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Snowflake experience.
- SharePoint Online experience.
- Dataverse experience.
- API integration experience.
- Python development experience.
